“It was over 25 years ago when I felt myself being lifted into the air and thrown to the ground, I felt my head hit the cold stone floor hard and in that moment I knew my life had changed forever.
A brain injury left me in severe pain, confused and unable to recognize my closest friends confined to a bed and unable to function in the world. All traditional medicines had failed. I was living a life of physical and emotional pain. So I know what it feels like to be lost, feel hopeless, sad, depressed and riddled with anxiety, that feeling that nothing can help you.
I am here to tell you this is not the case … If there’s one message I can share it’s to tell you that no matter how terrible your situation may seem right now there is always another way.
I spent years in pain, both physical and emotional, and the bitter thought that that assault changed my life in an instant haunted me. One day I awakened to the realization that I could heal my life in an instant too! Once I realised that I could heal myself and that healing could be a positive and fast my life transformed dramatically!
Synchronistically, the very next day after my Ah Ha healing revelation, I was introduced to the chakras. My healing session with Nancy was beautiful, as soon as I heard her gentle voice I felt her open acceptance of my exhaustion and low expended energy it was like a breath of fresh air. With gentle breathing exercises and quiet suggestions that I let go it was easy to slide into an open space of creativity and spaciousness. Together we created a field of space and safety and allowed what needed to be known to grow and be nurtured in a way that is so unknown in our busy world of constant activity and resistance.

"With the information Nancy shared about the second chakra, certain words popped up: Healthy relationships and self-nourishing were keys for me. Nancy conducted an exercise to sever unwanted bonds and open the flow of blocked energy. We directed our attention to what we were feeling and asked ourselves “What is this?” to be open to the lesson it holds.
I was able to release an energetic bond between my father and me. Clarity sprang up; I limited myself so he was needed. I wanted his financial support since this seemed to be his way of showing how much he loved me. A mistake many men make by the way. I had actually limited myself so he would need to help me. It seemed a comfortable dependency maintained for far too long.
During the guided exercise I was able to imaginatively sever this bond, and reclaim the energy that is now mine to command. By the way, this cord was from belly to belly between the centers of the 2nd and 3rd chakras. Now I find I’m much more able to make reasonable choices about food and I’m dropping a bit of weight!
