“Didn’t feel Sciatica at all and Trauma released”

"I contacted Gizella to work on the inflammation in my body connected to GI tract heaviness, sciatica and lower back pain. I got this inflammation after my divorce so a lot of it was from emotions.

The session uncovered a lot of trauma even from “in utero” and taken on from my mother’s lineage. Gizella was spot on! Since I work with transgenerational trauma as well, I can tell how gifted she is and how deep she is able to access limiting beliefs and programming. Spaces and realizations which I couldn’t access before. It was a beautiful experience, the energy was gentle and loving.

The night after the treatment, I experienced a lot of trauma release from my body, which is so beneficial as I step into and represent a lot of trauma on a daily basis in my healing work.

I am laughing because my mom intimidated my sister and I and competed with her feminine shapes our entire life. I remembered that in the session we aligned my feminine and masculine energy. Also, I went to the gym and didn’t feel sciatica at all and more trauma released today with ease. I also felt inspired to cook healthier.
