So Much Cleared AND the Block Between My Daughter and I is Finally Gone!

"I don’t have problems with my cycle or cramps so I thought that this wouldn't apply to me. Still I felt pulled towards this package and contacted Cristina to ask for healing for my 19 year old daughter, to help her regulate her cycle. Cristina chose to work with me instead.

We were able to finally access the suffering, disconnect, jealousy and lack of connection between mothers and daughters that has been affecting us for generations. I have been aware of it but unable to clear it by myself nor with the help of previous practitioners. There was always something in the way, preventing my daughter and I from fully embracing each other. This something has never been there with my son at all. Even her birth was rather brutal unlike my son's.

Major Breakthroughs That Have Literally Changed My Life!!

"This year has brought a lot of changes for me and although I was trying not to act from a place of fear or anxiety, recently my insecurities have taken a toll on me and my emotional state. I also started thinking about whether it might be possible for me to carry some ancestral burden/karma, so I felt like I needed help and then I saw Cristina's offer. I have been part of Cristina's group exercise 3 years ago for Cracking the Galactic Money Code and I was fascinated by her approach. During this session we made a system constellation in which it felt like we were lifting some layers and clearing some of my issues, this helped me face and acknowledge my need for having creative activities as part of my life and going beyond the routine. 

Also, due to my own personal story of one divorce and several major break-ups I have recently thought that I need to seek into our family history and without me even asking, Cristina raised it that I am carrying the burden of bitterness from five generations of women from my family. Another big breakthrough was when we addressed my period, and what it meant to me to have it or not have it. It was very insightful for me to explore into this topic with Cristina and to resolve the fear of me losing my femininity and coming closer to an old age, should I come to lose my period. 

The constellation helped me see things from a different perspective and to feel more at peace with my fear that I am leaving behind my young life. MAGIC!

"Before purchasing I was experiencing this heavy dense helpless feeling and the SHIFT was significantly quick as soon as I began listening to ALL 4 activations at once - into feeling supported and definitely less intense heaviness while still clearing/releasing stuff.

"The Sacred Embodiment Individual Meditation is gorgeous, wonderful, beautiful – WOW!!! After visualising/ feeling/ sensing the Diamond Star in my Divine Core, and Divine Heart, Divine Creative and Divine Mind Centres I could feel/ sense/ visualise, deep relaxation, warmth, colours filling me and surrounding me, weaving through every part of me, and what I can only describe as molecules, coloured and beautiful weaving around me above me and within me. A very powerful healer!

"During my session with Cristina I wanted to explore and clear the connection between my migraines and my period. It became clear that my migraines have a connection to my previous embodiment where I suffered from a traumatic experience. I felt angry, left behind, hurt emotionally, but also as if I was lifted and held by my head. Cristina prompted me to address the fields and say different things which helped to release tension and also caused reactions in my body both emotionally and physically. The trauma behind my migraines runs deep, so by the end of the session it only just started to clear. I had my period at the time of the session and I was feeling dizzy, tired, sleepy and had a mild headache when we started. After the session I went to bed and slept for almost 4 hours. After I woke up it was as if a fog had been cleared. I felt refreshed and very clear and alert, no sign of the dizziness or headache I had before!

Apart from dealing with the migraines I also found out the reason for feeling like I had unfinished business with a person in my life. Turned out that we have been embodied together before and that he was involved in the traumatic experience that is causing my migraines. While addressing the migraine I felt a lot of familiar feelings which I’ve felt in association with him before. This realization of our previous connection has helped me to release a lot of emotions that were trapped and to finally let go of him completely. Our relationship ended 3 years ago, but we have a child, so we communicate regularly. It was difficult for me before, but not anymore!

In my opinion Cristina is a very powerful healer. During the constellation, whenever I had either a strong physical sensation or felt some emotion, before I was able to express what I’m experiencing, Cristina already described it herself! Her prompted statements that I had to use to address the other fields were very accurate and felt true to say at the time. The session was extremely helpful to me, I felt really good next day.
