Downloading an MP3 File to a PC
To download an MP3 file to your PC, right-click on the "Download" button of the MP3 file and select "Save Target As" if you are using Internet Explorer or "Save Link As" if you are using Firefox. Next, navigate to the directory where you want the file to be saved. Once the download is complete, you can open the file to play it or transfer it to your MP3 player.
Playing MP3 Files on a Windows System
To play your downloaded MP3 file, open it in Windows Media Player, Real Player or any other music player.
Downloading an MP3 File to a Mac
To download an MP3 file to your Macintosh computer, control-click on the "Download" button of the MP3 file and select "Save this link as." Select the directory where you want the file to be saved. Once the file is downloaded, open the MP3 file in your favorite music player or transfer it to your iPod or other MP3 player.

This particular package was so powerful that we had to actually put together instruction for listening to the mp3s! This was a First!
Always listen to Creating a Sacred Space mp3 first. I do this one twice a day - first thing in the morning and while going to
sleep. If you don’t have a copy of this then drop me a note at Sessions with Peg Rose Subject: Sacred Space mp3 and we will get one out to you ASAP.
Add the I Am Sovereign to you daily list of mp3s as well.
Then look over the list of mp3s... Do whatever one calls to you other than the 3 from the Drama Triangle. If you are sensitive or empathic, you might want to do only one per day.
IMPORTANT - Do the 3 from the Drama Triangle - Transmuting Persecutor, Transmuting Victim and Transmuting Rescuer as the very last three. I highly recommend that you do all the other MP3s first.
MP3s can be played on low volume so that you can clear various spaces... You can add them to a loop at night while you sleep as well.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel and get a full refund any time before: 30 days after the date of your purchase, the date of the first Group call, or the date of your personal session with Peg Rose, whichever comes first.
Your personal session must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase. Once scheduled, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the session. Missed sessions (no-shows) will not be rescheduled. A 10 minute grace period will be held for the call but after that grace period it will be considered a no-show.
Peg Rose will make her best effort to record your personal session. However, due to technical issues that can occur, she does not guarantee that the session will be recorded or, if recorded, that the audio quality of the recording will be satisfactory.
