About Cathy Hohmeyer
I have had a lifelong passion (and past life passion!) to help people and myself - to maximize their physical and spiritual potential. In my early career as an Occupational Therapist in Washington, D.C., I saw on a daily basis how important it is to empower people and help them connect holistically. Following a strong calling, I returned to my roots in a small town, reconnected with my soulmate from childhood, and together we established a family oriented health and wellness retreat center in The Adirondack Mountains of New York State. And what an "energy lab" it has been!
As the Executive Chef and Educator at Lake Clear Lodge and Retreat, I have used Nutritional Energetics—which incorporates traditional slow food preparation methods with high frequency “energetic sauces”—to serve my family and guests food with the highest Light Score possible. It is not widely known that even so-called “organic food” can have negative imprints from the environment, so I have been training others to both clear and energetically boost their food with Nutritional Energetics, so that they can take their health to higher levels by themselves.
In these times of dimensional change and challenge, I recognize that to be our best possible selves, we need to move in harmony with all the energies, and not exclude the “Old World” for the “New World”.
