Saturn Retrograde and Karma - the trap,
the myth and the magic
Karma is usually understood as the bad and wrong that happens to us and a lot of us misunderstand it as the experience (as in, it is my Karma to suffer and be in pain), but what it really is the result of actions. The actions of the past, including the actions of our ancestors, our family and us in past life times determine the quality of health and wealth we are born with. You notice I said, born with. Which means, we can take action to change it, increase it or let it go!
It is easy to get fatalistic and fall into the trap of thinking that if this is our Karma, then there's nothing to be done. Not True!!
The whole point of healing is to change the story, change the action, change the Karma i.e. transform life! The magic of Karma is also to recognise that we choose the family with the same Karma i.e. in you healing you, you heal the family, the lineage and give your ancestors some much needed peace and mitigation of the guilt and blame that they would be carrying in bringing suffering to the family
