"After our first session I became more aware of a sense of inner strength and greater fearlessness. But with a little introspection I could sense there was more work to do. It’s one thing to feel fearless, it’s another to actually face situations fearlessly. I also needed to protect myself from negativity that might come my way. As a therapist, this sometimes comes a surprise and with intensity.

In my second session with Nancy, she guided me in two mudra practices addressing these concerns. Frankly, I had my doubts about using hand positions for any such thing.
