“I had a session with Donna McRae the other day and we worked on 'congestion'. It has gone on for several months now, waking up during the night and early morning because I am so congested, it is just miserable. “Within Minutes, the Burning Sensation Magically Melted Away!”

“I had reached out to Donna around some fear and resistance coming up before a live event where I was presenting in as a speaker. As Donna tuned into my anxiety, I experienced an intense burning sensation (at about a level of an 8) in my solar plexus and sternum.  Breathing into it, the flames grew and surrounded the bottom of my heart... “I was gifted a session with Donna and our focus was on my anxiety. After our session, I was still in fear of being seen and my anxiety was through the roof, so I thought it was a temporary shift and not a lasting change.

I was wrong!! I remembered that anxiety that bad for me, is a sign of big change and thought it related to my planned divorce. When we connected I was still deeply and profoundly grieving the sudden death and loss of my beloved horse mare, and soul sister, Hannah less than 24 hours ago.  The crisis was particularly intense, as the event brought up painful flashbacks of when I lost my first horse 9 years ago - which marked the time of my dark night of the soul and the doorway to my spiritual awakening/journey.

From the moment we spoke I felt welcomed and embraced with compassion and the sense of being acknowledged.

We started with a grounding meditation to center, and calm myself as I was very nervous due to anxiety. I started feeling more calm, open, and receptive as we did the meditation.She then asked me what could she help me with today, to which I said “I've always felt like I don't fit in, like I try so hard to fit in society”.

Donna guided me to a time when I was a young boy where I felt I was being judged. This feeling showed up as a constriction in my solar plexus and heart, which was at a level of an 8 or 9.

Donna started with a clearing prayer that included things that I had not even mentioned but had been working on, such as abandonment, rejection, not being nurtured or heard by parents, for all the times I was not heard or seen for who I was as a person, all the times I did not hear or acknowledge my intuition, and many things which I don't remember clearly at this time.
