“I reached out to Mary because I have been struggling for many years to stop desiring alcohol. I really got wrapped up in binge drinking in my 30’s and this lasted for about 10 years. It was not pretty. I am 55 now, I was still drinking daily (or close to it) being careful to not get “drunk”, but the resentment between my husband and I was palatable. "I have been dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, ocd, adrenal fatigue, stomach problems and headaches.... all these issues were linked to emotional things I went through in the past 20 years.

I also became dependent on pain pills recently because of my headaches and abdominal pain from hemorrhoids... I had 2 operations for that, but still had pain daily.

As we worked on where all these issues stemmed from... Mary picked up on all the problems I had like low self esteem, fears, worries and stress. "First, you should know that I was having an anxiety attack when I started listening.
While I am still anxious, the anxiety attack seems to be over, which I attribute to your wonderful meditation. My reaction to the meditation is probably influenced strongly by the anxiety attack. 

I found the imagery of the silver cord connecting me to the heart of Gaia to be much more useful to me than the more the more traditional method of putting my feet flat on the floor and imagining a connection to the earth. "Before my session with Mary, I was suddenly overcome with fatigue and could barely keep my eyes open. I was alarmed because it was such powerful energy out of nowhere. Once I connected with Mary, she immediately explained to me that she had been working on me before the session and that she had received permission to clear 23 entities that were attached to me! 

However; there were 3 more that she needed my permission to clear, which I immediately said yes. I had “chills” when hearing this because I am consistent and unwavering in my daily energy practices of clearing myself a few times a day with the very good tools that I have. I had been battling with discomfort in my abdomen for a long time and my energy was always low where I felt depleted.

“I chose to work with Mary because I had been experiencing shoulder pain with very limited mobility, as well as blurry vision. But I had no idea what was in store for me when Mary immediately focused on my ability to receive, which she rated as 0, and my self esteem, which was also close to 0. 

She then had me do a guided meditation that was incredibly beautiful... I was able to describe the chamber of my heart which had a big ice wall in front of me! 

She told me that two angels were behind me with wheelbarrows that contain the tools I need to pull down the ice wall. She had me visualize the tool I needed to do it... which I saw a blowtorch in my hand! She then told me that I will see the areas in my heart wall light up so I can use my tool to pull down. 

Several times I saw cracks on the heart wall... she named several issues, such as terror starting at age 7, being unseen from my father and mother's side at age 4, not deserving positivity from past lives, etc. Slowly the wall crumbled, and a second wall behind it also crumbled. In the end Mary told me the angels picked up the debris and took them out using the wheelbarrows. It was an incredible experience.

I now live my life in the absence of terror, fear, low self esteem and lack of love... I am much more capable of giving to others without this invisible wall stopping me from reaching out to others. I am also not reactive anymore to frustrating situations, like car traffic, or stress from other people. 

My left shoulder is a lot better... my mobility has returned, and there is no pain! The results happened immediately after the session and I am still experiencing differences in my ways of thinking about life and myself everyday... which I am very grateful for!

"I have been feeling sad and disconnected with frequent trips back to Oregon to help with my mom's care. She was diagnosed with dementia last year. "I did not expect the depth of healing I felt when you we went to all the different barriers surrounding my heart. Each layer brought back memories of years of suffering. The healing process was very easy and profound.

The next day I cautiously watched myself, to see how this healing manifested. I still lived my life, but it was in the absence of this thick ice wall in my heart. Now I was able to be loving and giving to others without that invisible chain that prevents me from ever feeling open emotionally.

"I had a Compassionate Soul Recovery Session with Mary recently. In the session, Mary guided me through a process where my 5 year old self was given the space to safely express her emotions and experiences and Mary cleared the associated emotions and trauma from that time. 

My younger self was able to shift from fearful, angry and confused at the beginning of the session to peaceful, clear and empowered. The focus of the session was to increase my level of self-love and to have a greater openness to receiving – both of which had been a struggle for me.
