"The night after our first call, I had an awareness around the grounding piece (that I think also ties into the core pillar piece or might even be more about the core pillar � not sure) just as I was going to bed. My dreams have changed significantly from what they were before; it is as if the formatting is different. At times it feels as if I am being shown scenarios rather than being in the dream.
