Let me tell you a little bit about the bigger picture you are part of. Unless you get a better understanding of where you are coming from, you will not be able to free yourself from your own and your family’s emotional legacy.

As much work as you might be doing on a conscious level, what you deeply unconsciously carry impacts your life, which includes not only all of YOUR own personal experiences but also those of your parents and of several generations that came before you. Yes. That’s true and clinically proven.

Past lives are also part of your field. And if that’s not enough, you are also part of a collective consciousness, of the tribes, groups, nations, and peoples you belong to.

• 

  Were your ancestors slaves or slaveholders? Whether they were the perpetrator or the victim, the traumatic experiences impact your family equally.

• 

  Was your great-grandfather fighting a war and killing people? He conformed in good conscience to the tribe or nation that he belonged to. But his personal conscience burdened him tremendously. Internal conflicts like this can cause addictive behavior, anxiety or depression, and when not healed, it can affect one of his grandchildren who could become addicted, depressed or anxious.

• 

  Was your great-great-grandmother raped or very unhappy in an arranged marriage, and did the pattern of not-loving but blaming your daughter begin as a result?

• 

  Even power struggles and loneliness in family relationships can be related to an inherited pattern, not belonging to your core.

War and abuse—whether it’s physical, emotional, mental, or sexual—are forms of pure negative energy that are stored in your limbic part of the brain and your energy fields, in your family’s energy fields, AND in the bigger groups you are part of. A trauma is nothing other than vibrating energy, as are your thoughts as well.

Also, since eons the way children were raised was done with criticism and conditional love. Fear based and punitive was the way lessons were taught, and it was not with compassion, understanding, and unconditional love.

Most parents unknowingly projected their own wounds on their children, their needs and wants as well, because in general, people didn’t have the knowledge or opportunity to heal themselves from the emotional pain they experienced.

Negativity needs to be healed by positivity.

Nobody can do that for you but you yourself. And the results are far-reaching.
All the healers you have worked with might have helped you really feeling better, but your soul, your family soul, needs to be cleared by your personal work and intentions. The power of intention—that is also pure energy!—is HUGE.

You have access to your innate capacity to heal yourself, and those who come after you will be impacted by that.

So, all that negativity, moving through generations, became part of your cell-memory, emotionally and physically, and that is called “epigenetics.”

It is incredibly powerful when it becomes clear that hidden loyalties, to a specific person, group, or experience can keep you in their grip forever and cause you to keep from thriving.

Hidden loyalties are deeply anchored in your subconscious, and as you might know, that is where approximately 90% of your emotions and feelings emanate from.

For example:

• Your own mother’s live was miserable, so you think you can’t be really more happy or successful than she was. You might be great at work but miserable in relationships.
• You suffer from being overweight, and nothing seems to help you to lose weight. Then it becomes clear that you are impacted by a starvation tragedy in your family, three generations back. That is a hidden loyalty. No diet is helping you before you resolved that core-issue.
• Or you feel often depressed and heavy and don’t know why. What if you were to discover, through a specific method, that you are carrying these feelings because of a grandmother who suffered greatly? Her unhealed pain has reverberated through your family tree. Remember, a trauma is pure energy, epigenetics, and your empathetic system has stored it.. Fighting the depression in whatever way, won’t help because you didn’t reach the cause.
