Accelerated My Process of Letting Go of Judgment and Polarity

"I am a nurse who works 12-hour night shifts. I love doing the Templates with the Light Language right before I go to sleep. It's a lovely way to shift gears and relax.

I have a great deal of anxiety and nervous energy—overreacting to events, so I am greatly appreciate having the “Template of Neutrality.” I was working on letting go of judgment and polarity (good/bad, etc.) prior to using the Template, but this has greatly accelerated the process.
