Really felt a powerful shift..

"The Sphere of Acceptance is a very deep and very powerful meditation. For this meditation, I was very present with the energies (whereas sometimes i drift off) and there was an enormous amount of different connections, clearings and intentions offered for such a short meditation. I felt the presence of my light body and was exploring the idea of being in a body and a light body at the same time. Maybe the transmission was coming through to both 'bodies' but it felt like i was lighting up both at a cellular or 'physical' level and an energy or 'light' level. 

When the clearings started to happen i felt a lot of liberation in my field and areas in my body seemed to tingle a little, particularly in my brain and gut. For me this was a sign that old things were shifting out, things i'd been holding on to energetically which no longer served me. This meditation was definitely all about wiping the slate clean, discarding what no longer serves you, setting very positive intentions and rising to achieve a higher potential. "Wow I really like this. In the beginning the heat came up fast from my feet to my head, the energy felt very prickly. My left side the heat was much stronger however less smooth.
