My father passed away when I was a mere 5 years old and I had been through a lot of counselling. At the age of 13, I went on to work with yet another counsellor to see if I could release the lumps in my throat that had started to get worse when talking about my dad.

“Trish has an uncanny ability to accurately perceive energy! During our session, Trish detected a strong energy that she realized was not mine. With her guidance, I was able to clearly “see” it and describe it to her. Trish immediately recognized it as an energetic umbilical cord coming down from my grandmother to my mother and then to me. It was extremely strong and we spent the rest of the hour working together to cut it. Trish told me that unwinding the energy and cutting the cord not only freed me and my mom, but cleared the entire family lineage. She advised me to keep allowing the energy to dissolve.

During the session, I had “seen” the cord attached to the area between my heart chakra and solar plexus. Afterward, I realized that when my mother said I was her strength (which she said quite often), she meant it literally - she had been drawing energy unconsciously from both of my chakras for years!
