Insights and Revelations Galore For me!

“Nidhu's insights were such, that when I was not inclined to speak for myself she was able to vocalise certain things for me, which made the acknowledgement easier. It is my feeling that unless you have a healer with this kind of insight, it is hard to get to the root of the matter and therefore heal.

There were various exercises we did throughout the session; a meditation that brought me into another dimension, an exercise that is connected with the waning and waxing of the moon and an extremely interesting exercise where you simply draw a big X on a piece of paper - I won't give the significance of this away but I can't wait for other people to experience it!

In that meditation after a cleansing ritual, she indicated that I must step forward with my left foot - not my right. She explained that this was important to allow for receiving rather than just giving. What I didn't mention at the time is that this has particular significance for me because I used to teach social dance in my spare time. I taught men to step forward confidently with their left foot and the women to step back with their right. It seems that it has always been so much easier for men to step forward and for women to "step back" so to speak; so from now on I will remember to step forward with my left and enjoy doing so!

It is not just a question of a compassionate ear listening and offering advice, but a very learned healer helping you heal physically, emotionally and spiritually - giving insights into your past, tools to use now and in the future, encouraging you to continue on your spiritual path,and in spite of the serious nature of it all, making things fun!

Bout of Poison Ivy Gone in 4 Days Instead of 14 Days

“Nidhu is the REAL deal!! I had a horrible bout of poison ivy that was extremely annoying. Let's just say that I am a poison ivy magnet and typically it lasts about two weeks. During this time, I have sleepless nights and end up exhausted. I talked with Nidhu about 3 days into my most recent breakout. She told me that she would work on the allergic reaction in 5 minutes! I was a little skeptical at first. However, after the five minutes I noticed the itchiness was lessened, by a lot!

Nidhu continued working on the allergy and I have to tell you I was amazed. By the end of our session, the redness went down, the itchiness was relieved and even the size of the bumps went down. Within one day the rash began to blister, which is a sign that it is healing. I am excited to announce that I didn't have any more sleepless nights and after 4 days it was completely gone. “Nidhu is the FIRST person to offer Jin Shin Jyutsu’s SELF HELP SKILLS. During my amazing BSP, Nidhu combined these empowering techniques with her insightful psychology, and Angelic collaborators. Due to technical difficulties, my BSP was in 2 parts. By Part 2, I was laughing about the problems I had at Part 1. On Friday I (reluctantly) agreed to her suggestion we use Skype. This was my 3rd Skype experience. As I began to access Skype, I began wheezing despite 2 oral asthma prescription medications.

Then I spent an HOUR getting very tense and frustrated due to multiple different unsuccessful attempts to get onto Skype. Nidhu and I used email to communicate. Phone between US and India was not an option. I was ready to give up. I felt worse then when we began.

She asked permission to work on me. Within seconds I felt more relaxed. The stress felt as if she was gently stroking it off my face. Nidhu described how to hold different fingers on my hands. Easy, Effortless Day Despite it Being Busier Than Most!

“Just wanted to share what my day was like yesterday after the superb JSJ call... yesterday my day was easier than I imagined. It was busier than most with many difficult, different & decisive actions that I had to take....and it ALL seemed to have been taken for me. Every call I got into I was presented with a solution and someone took the burden of taking a tough call upon themselves. I literally saw all my issues dissolve into nothingness.

My anger n its family of emotions dissipated....by the time I was home I was relaxed, calm and my minds chatter had died down.

I still couldn't sleep till about 1230 but when I did and woke up this morning (sans an alarm) I didn't feel exhausted or tired or wanting to not get out of bed.... I haven't felt this way in months ☺️
